1. Wrong File Size
SSC requires photos between 20KB to 50KB. Most photos from phones are 2-5MB.
2. Wrong Dimensions
Photo must be exactly 3.5cm x 4.5cm (passport size) or 200x230 pixels.
3. Wrong Format (PNG instead of JPG)
SSC only accepts JPEG/JPG format. PNG, HEIC, WebP will be rejected.
4. Background Not White
Background must be plain white. Colored or patterned backgrounds are rejected.
5. Face Not Properly Visible
Face should cover 80% of photo. Too far, too close, or obscured faces are rejected.
