How to Scan a Signature without a Scanner

Most rejections happen because of blurry or dark signatures. Here is how to get a crisp digital signature.

1. Use the Right Pen

Use a thick Black ballpoint pen or a gel pen. Avoid pencils or light blue ink. Press firmly.

2. Plain White Paper

Use unruled A4 paper. Do not use notebook paper with lines.

3. Good Lighting

Take the photo in bright daylight. Avoid casting your own shadow on the paper (a common mistake).
